You’ve probably seen one before — like when you connect to WiFi at a hotel, airport, coffee shop, or other public place, and a screen appears asking you to “Accept Terms” or click “Connect.” Sabino WiFi uses a similar system. It helps us verify that someone is actively using the service, and it also gives us a place to share important updates or community info. It’s quick, easy, and only shows up once every 8 hours on just one device in your home.

You only need to view the captive portal on one device in your home or business every 8 hours. That’s it. Most devices — like phones, tablets, laptops, and computers — will automatically bring up the portal when it’s time to view it again, so you won’t have to do anything extra. Once one device checks in, the rest of your devices stay online without interruption.

Yes. Sabino WiFi brings the internet connection to your home, but it’s up to you to distribute that connection to your devices. That means you’ll need your own WiFi router (or a wired switch) to create a local network inside your home. If you don’t already have one, we’ve put together a list of routers we recommend based on speed, reliability, and value — you can check it out at sabinowifi.com/recommended-routers.

Not entirely. Basic tech support is included to help get your system connected to the internet. However, any support beyond that initial connection — such as troubleshooting your personal router, WiFi setup, or device issues — is not free. Sabino WiFi offers general support to customers on our Green, Blue, and Gold plans, but free-tier users do not receive ongoing tech support. If you need assistance beyond the outdoor unit’s connection to our network, remote or in-person support is available for a small fee.

Yes! Sabino WiFi offers professional installation for a one-time fee of $100. Our team will permanently install the device at your home or business using high-quality materials and expert craftsmanship. We’ll also guarantee the system is working properly before we leave the property — giving you peace of mind from the very start. Every install meets the high standards Sabino WiFi is known for across all of our network deployments.

If the system doesn’t work at your location, Sabino WiFi offers a money-back guarantee — but only if you choose professional installation. During the install, our technician will confirm whether a strong, stable signal is possible. If it’s not, you’ll receive a refund for the equipment minus a small $20 service fee (instead of the full $100 install fee).

If you choose to self-install in order to save money, please note that there is no refund available if the equipment doesn’t work as expected. The device is yours to repurpose, reuse, or resell — but we can’t offer a guarantee unless we verify the connection during installation.
